Rent a bus
What is included in the bus hire price?
Chauffeur-driven bus hire includes fuel costs, insurance and 6% VAT. Fees for toll roads, parking or additional charges are not included.
Can I make changes to the itinerary after booking?
Yes, that is of course possible. Leave a little earlier or a little later or a few more people, anything is possible. Small changes are often free of charge. Larger changes, such as extending your bus rental by a few hours or an extra day, are possible, but may incur additional costs.
Can you provide catering on board?
Yes, this is certainly possible on request. You can obtain a price for this separately.
Can we bring our own drinks and food on the bus?
No, own food and drinks are not allowed. This can be purchased in advance through the site.
Is smoking allowed on the bus?
No, smoking is not allowed.
What is the policy for cancellations?
The bus company undertakes to execute the order according to the contents of the quotation/confirmation. If the customer, for any reason whatsoever, including force majeure, refrains from the effective delivery of the services provided for in the quotation, after it has been accepted, he shall owe Buswinkel the following conventional compensation:
*Cancellation more than 30 days before departure date : 10% of the holiday price
*Cancellation between 30th and 20th day before departure date : 25% of the travel sum
*Cancellation between 19th and 5th day before departure date : 50% of the travel sum
*Cancellation between 4th day before departure and day of departure: 100% of the travel sum
Are the buses suitable for special needs (such as wheelchair accessibility)?
There are no lift buses provided, a folding wheelchair can always fit in the suitcase.
